Dance experience training

Open training is given weekly on Wednesdays from 10 am to 12:30 for dancers and actors interested in exploring the rapport to the body through movement and dance. The dance experience is a way to connect with your body through exercises from body-weather technique developed by Hisako Horikawa and Min Tanaka. Previous experience in dance technique is not needed to join this training in the studio and in direct contact with nature.
